PriceRunner Requirements
- Detailed feed specifications can be found here
- There are a total of 8 required fields and few recommended fields (see the table below). Please ensure your e-commerce webshop contains data for these mandatory fields.
- In the table below is a list of attributes that the plugin maps automatically; you may need to map or create attributes yourself if the values are not found.

Setup & Create a PriceRunner Feed
Because the setup is relatively simple and all required fields are automatically mapped from common fields, clicking Get Feed as is will likely create a successful PriceRunner Data Feed.
You need to provide your feed following all the below requirements while creating the PriceRunner feed.
- Text format: The file has to be in text format, generally xml, txt, csv, html, php or asp.
- FTP or HTTP address location.
- Keep the feed URL and name unchanged.
- Use one of these encoding formats for the feed:iso-latin-1, iso-8859-1 or utf-8.
Upload your PriceRunner Feed
The feed can be found from the plugin’s Manage Feeds page. Here you can find the public URL to your PriceRunner feed. All the product feeds on PriceRunner site are uploaded between midnight and 4am each night. Before uploading check the fee.
Product Feed Checklist
- Check you’ve given the correct URL
- Make sure all headers match the listings instructions and sample feed
- Check that all mandatory fields are included
- Make sure each mandatory field has data throughout the column
- Check category information in your feed, make sure that categories are all separated clearly with the correct products in each one.
